Author Guidelines


To ensure a smooth submission and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript:

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Use a clear and concise writing style, adhering to good scientific practice and standards of clarity.

  • Format your manuscript according to the journal's guidelines, typically including a title page, abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgments (if applicable), references, and any appendices.

  • Ensure that your manuscript is well-structured, organized, and free of typographical and grammatical errors.

  • Use a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript, following the journal's preferred referencing format (e.g., APA, IEEE, etc.).


2. Originality and Plagiarism:

  • Submit only original work that has not been previously published or is not currently under review by any other publication.

  • Properly cite and acknowledge the work of others when referencing or using their ideas, ensuring that any borrowed content adheres to copyright laws and regulations.

  • Use plagiarism detection tools to review your manuscript for any potential issues before submission.


3. Manuscript Length and Types:

  • The journal typically accepts research papers, review articles, and survey papers.

  • The length of the manuscript should be appropriate for the content, but typically research papers range from 8 to 15 pages, while review articles and survey papers may have more flexibility.

  • Follow any specific guidelines or recommendations provided by the journal regarding the preferred length of different manuscript types.


4. Figures, Tables, and Equations:

  • Ensure that all figures, tables, and equations are clear, properly labeled, and cited within the text.

  • Provide high-quality figures and graphics in a suitable format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF) with a resolution that allows for clear reproduction.

  • Number and caption each figure and table, providing detailed explanations as necessary.


5. References:

  • Include a comprehensive list of references at the end of your manuscript, following the preferred citation style of the journal.

  • Cite and reference all sources accurately, including articles, books, conference papers, and online resources.

  • Provide sufficient information for each reference, such as author(s) names, title, journal/conference/book title, volume, issue, page numbers, and publication year.


6. Submission Process:

  • Follow the journal's submission guidelines for manuscript submission, including any required formatting or template provided by the journal.

  • Submit your manuscript electronically through the journal's online submission system, ensuring that all required files (text, figures, tables, etc.) are included.

7. Review Process:
